WebOS (and Palm Pixi) to have Flash 10

Comment Now

Big news came out yesterday that Palm's WebOS is going to Adobe Flash 10 in it. It will be integrated into the browser, so that you get all the goodness of that content (read: Hulu, Sports GameCasts, Flash chat applications, and more). Of course it will also allow for playing of thousands of Flash based games, giving the WebOS a big boost in that area. The demo video really shows off the power of the webOS:

Bigger news sites focused on how the Apple iPhone will provide a tool so that those with Flash applications can turn them into iPhone applications. That's nice and all, but it's not integrated into the browser which I believe means there will be no Hulu on the iPhone or iPod Touch (unless they make a specific application for that). It is also not multitasking like on the webOS twins, the Palm Pre and Pixi.
