This allows Telefonica subscribers and Palm customers in Germany, Spain and UK to have an over the air update to the latest version of webOS. Amongst other new stuff, webOS 1.3.1 aims at making your Palm phone more social media friendly. Here's what is included in webOS 1.3.1 for all social media geeks:</p>

<li>Facebook App - This has been anticipated for a long time now and it's finally here.  Sadly, those who have used the app know that it has a ways to go.</li>
<li>LinkedIn Contacts &amp; Yahoo Calendar - With Palm Synergy, you get additional support for managing your LinkedIn contacts and Yahoo Calendar information</li>
